HEADDSSS Interview Sexuality		Questions to ask regarding sexuality include: Are you dating anyone? - if so, for how long Have you had sex? - if so, what kind - oral, vaginal or anal, with men, women or both - you have to be able to document the answers to these questions Are your parents aware of this? - if not, are you planning on telling them or do you need help in telling them How many lifetime partners have you had? - a 15 year old with 10 sexual partners is more at risk of invasive cervical carcinoma than a 25 year old with 5 sexual partners, because of the difference in the tissue around the cervical os Have you used protection? - if so, what kind Do you have a history of previous STIs? - if so, were they treated Return to top of page
